Some products are only available for printing, others only for embroidery and some accept both decoration types. Please keep this in mind when selecting which products to customise.
When choosing embroidery products you need to pay for your images to be digitised (for the pixels to be converted to stitches). Although we keep our prices at rock bottom, this can be costly for a single product. You will however only pay this fee once, it will be the same for 1 product as it is for 1000. Once you have paid for an image to be digitised, it will be stored in your profile and is available for you to use on future products at no extra charge.
If you want to change your base product, select the "products" tab then choose the product you want to decorate.
If at any point you get stuck, click on the Help link on the right of the above menu.
